Hoi An is small, and it is busy. Walk down Tran Phu street and a dozen people will offer you a boat, a tailor, a taxi or a cooking class. Most are fine. Some are not. From the outside, it is hard to tell which is which.

We started Hoi An Fairy Tour because friends kept asking us the same questions. Which show is worth it? What should the airport taxi cost? Where do you eat cao lau? We wrote the answers down, and people started asking us to book for them too.

Today we write a Hoi An guide for travellers, and we connect them with the drivers, guides, cooks and craftspeople we trust. We check prices every season. We only recommend what we have tried ourselves. And we keep a small shop for the things you forgot to pack.

The fairy in our logo comes from a story our grandparents told, about a spirit who rides through the old town on full-moon nights lighting the lanterns. We like to think we do a practical version of that job.
